William Charley Lewis

William Charley Lewis, AKA “Endur”, was born March 2, 1979, and passed from this life on October 28, 2022.

William was a local artist of Salt Lake City, Utah and was the winner for the “City Weekly’s Graffiti Artist of the Year 2011”. He commissioned many murals in the Salt Lake City area, in his day. One notable mural, titled “Absalom”, the blue caterpillar from Alice in Wonderland, is located on the east wall of “Smoke Break”; 420 East 300 South.

William enjoyed skateboarding, hip-hip music and cooking, especially creating marinaras and had aspirations of attending culinary arts school and becoming a sous chef.

William especially loved his children and made an impact with his kind spirit to everyone he crossed paths with.

He is survived by his three children: Nizhoni, Sage, and Phoenix, his parents, two sisters, and brother.
